Hi, I'm Ritika - a product designer and co-founder who leads with research and closes with impact. I work where messy human problems meet real business stakes.

I'm drawn to problems that sit upstream of design - where the right research reframes the question, and the solution ends up moving a number that matters.

When I’m not designing, I mix music as Ritzzz, crafting sets inspired by the sounds of the 90s. Both my worlds share the same instinct for rhythm and flow: understanding people and reading the room.
