Eureka Forbes, a legacy Indian market leader in water purification, faced 3 key issues:

  1. A catalogue-style website not optimised for conversion

  2. No cohesive smart product ecosystem

  3. Technical innovation that wasn’t translating into consumer value

The brand needed to evolve from traditional appliance company to connected lifestyle brand.

We had to reimagine the overall consumer experience

  • Starting from redesigning the website from catalogue-led browsing to conversion-focused journeys.

  • Built a new IoT-enabled mobile app for smart purifiers - enabling filter tracking, usage insights, service scheduling, and adjustable TDS controls to personalise water taste.

This repositioned the brand from a legacy appliance player to a tech-enabled health company - driving higher engagement and sales.
