Eureka Forbes, a legacy Indian market leader in water purification, faced 3 key issues:

  1. A catalogue-style website not optimised for conversion

  2. No cohesive smart product ecosystem

  3. Technical innovation that wasn’t translating into consumer value

The brand needed to evolve from a traditional appliance company to a connected lifestyle brand.

We reimagined the overall consumer experience

  • Starting from redesigning the website from catalogue-led browsing to conversion-focused journeys.

  • Built a new IoT-enabled mobile app for smart purifiers - enabling filter tracking, usage insights, service scheduling, and adjustable TDS controls to personalise water taste.

  • Focused on quicker service bookings, full transparency and control over a users AMC benefits.
